Social Media, Watermarked Images & Image Usage
Just Karts Photography may share watermarked preview images on its website and social media platforms for viewing, promotional, and marketing purposes.
We love seeing our images shared throughout the karting community and appreciate any tags, mentions, or acknowledgements of Just Karts Photography when posting on social media.
Customers, competitors, teams, sponsors, and family members are welcome to share watermarked preview images on personal social media accounts, provided that:
- The image remains unaltered, and the watermark is clearly visible.
• Credit is given to Just Karts Photography.
• The image is not used for commercial purposes, advertising, promotion of products or services, sponsorship activities, or financial gain without prior written permission.
Watermarks, logos, copyright notices, and branding must not be removed, cropped, edited, obscured, or altered in any way.
The purchase of an image does not transfer copyright ownership. Copyright remains the exclusive property of Just Karts Photography unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Purchased images supplied without watermarks may be used on personal social media accounts and for private, non-commercial purposes. However, copyright ownership remains with Just Karts Photography, and the images may not be resold, licensed, redistributed, entered into competitions, submitted for publication, supplied to third parties, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
Teams, sponsors, businesses, media outlets, clubs, event organisers, and other organisations wishing to use images for promotional, advertising, editorial, marketing, website, print, merchandise, or other commercial purposes should contact Just Karts Photography to obtain the appropriate usage permission or licensing agreement.
Just Karts Photography reserves the right to request the removal of any image that is used in a manner considered inappropriate, misleading, defamatory, unlawful, or in breach of these terms.
By sharing, downloading, purchasing, or using any image supplied by Just Karts Photography, users acknowledge and agree to these conditions.
